q Informal brunch, President’s House, June 25 (cost: donation, $2 minimum, $5 suggested)

q Mensa Admission Test, June 25 (cost if being tested: $30)

q Potluck Picnic, Chautauqua Park, June 25 (cost: a dish to share)

q Fireworks shoot, June 25 (cost: fireworks to share if you can get them)

q Restaurant brunch, June 26 (cost: buy your own)

I plan to stay at the President’s House:

q Single room, $25/night ($50 total) (waiting list – pay after you are notified that you have a room)

q Double room, $35/night ($70 total) (waiting list – pay after you are notified that you have a room)

q Share a double, $20/night ($40 total) (one available)

q Put a cot in the attic room, $5/night; BYO cot J

q I will make my own arrangements at the Wagon Wheel Inn (call 701-845-5333 and tell them you are with the Mensa group; they will do their best to give us adjacent rooms)

q I will stay elsewhere (another motel, with friends, etc.)

If you plan to be tested, attend the dinner or brunch, or take an available room at the President’s House, please enclose your payment with this form. Rooms are refundable until May 10, or until June 24 if someone takes the room; brunch or dinner until June 15; testing fees indefinitely. Please make checks payable to North Dakota Mensa.
